Why does Cecily originally come to London? Do her reasons change as she spends time at the Institute? How does her presence make Will feel?

Originally, Cecily comes to London to bring Will home. Then, I think she falls in love with the Shadowhunter way of life and her focus changes to that.

I can't remember at what point Will finds out that he's not cursed, so this could be wrong, but I think he felt conflicted about having Cecily there. Happy to have her, because she's his sister whom he loves, but he's also angry with her stubbornness and scared for her well-being since he still thinks anyone who loves him is doomed.
