Tracking collections/anthologies/magazines with the Currently Reading feature

When I update my progress in an anthology, collection, or magazine, I enter the story title and author, star rating, and a brief description and review. That way, when I get to the end, I can better track which stories were my favorite and get a potentially more accurate star rating for the whole collection.

How do the rest of you do it?

I don't have anything near that organized! But the cool thing about that method is also that you don't need to try to remember everything, and there's still a record of what you were thinking in the moment.
