The End! (Spoiler Alert)

It was probably for the best that Adam killed Elizaveta in the end. The thing is Elizaveta has been practicing black magic and she gained so much power from killing off the hardesty witches. I was afraid she would become a force to be reckon with until Adam snapped her neck. Also, I think Mercy broke Wulfe the crazy vampire is acting crazier than usual. Wulfe still gives me the creeps and I wonder if he will be someone they will kill next. Anyway, I want more stories on Coyote and her brother Gary Laughingdog. I want to explore more on the walkers and stuff like we did in River Marked book number 6. Poor Mercy wherever she goes chaos seems to just follow her around. Seems like she never really gets break from it and I can't wait to read the next book... "x]

I agree with you. a great series and it just keeps getting better. I want AdaMercy to have a baby. maybe next book?

I'm not sure about a child yet, because if Mercy has a kid she will need to have one when she is truly living a peaceful life. Right now as it is chaos just seems to keep on finding her. I can't imagine Mercy pregnant when there are monsters or evil witches trying to kill her.

I was at a convention the author spoke at last year and attended all her panels.... these were questions that she answered there.

Ovidio - You are correct in that Wulfe becomes a problem in the future. That is all I know.

Meital - Bishop has said that, in her head, Mercy and Adam have 3 kids. But Mercy will never have kids while the series is on going and she has no plans for an end at this time. The reason Mercy will not be getting pregnant while the series is ongoing is because it would be the end of the series. Mercy has HUGE abandonment issues (She has after all been abandoned by Every. Single. parental figure she's ever had {Bio Dad died, Mom literally left her to the wolves, Adopted Mom dies trying to become a wolf, adopted Dad commits suicide, and Bran dumped Mercy back on bio mom when she becomes too much trouble}) because of all of that she would do everything in her power to not abandon her child in any way. This would result in Mercy staying home or running and hiding from any and all bad guys, this would result in a very boring book and thus would end the series. So yeah... no babies allowed I say!

Ovidio - Me too! Mercy is one of my favorite ongoing series. I've re-read the books many times!
