Combined into Ken Ito and then renamed to Ken K. Ito since that is by far the oldest profile for that author.

Rivka has said that where the various names used by an can be 'subsumed' ie where one name contains all the bumf of the other then it is OK to get your subsume hat on.

Many thanks to all who helped clear up the mess! And no, Ken K. Ito (http://hawaii.edu/eall/japanese-facul...) certainly didn't write Zentangle Basics: Featuring Ideas with Zentangle Art, Shapes and Patterns!
