Wayne Stinnett (wayne_stinnett) | 2 comments I just added my most recent book, Fallen Mangrove, and the cover is blank. Can someone please add it?

This is a link to the image on Facebook: https://fbcdn-sphotos-g-a.akamaihd.ne...

Also, I just noticed my books aren't in the correct order. Can this be fixed? The correct order is Fallen Out, Fallen Palm, Fallen Hunter, Fallen Pride, and Fallen Mangrove.

Thanks for any help.

Wayne

The order on your author page is based on popularity and can't be changed. But on the series page they are in the right order https://www.goodreads.com/series/1311...

Stefan Mroczkowski | 14 comments As of right now, Goodreads lists two different editions of my book. However, there is really only one edition with a slight difference in book covers. Let me make that clear, there are absolutely no differences between the two editions but the covers.

I want the edition that no one has read or reviewed, with the cover that says “Book One of the Series” at the top, to be deleted.

Having two different covers causes confusion and just flat out looks bad. Also, I hate how it says “Alternate Cover Edition for ASIN: B00KFU7KO4” when I click on my book and see it on the website.

Since no one has marked this particular version as read, and no one has reviewed it, I think this seems like a reasonable request.

Please make the changes needed. Thank you!

Stefan Mroczkowski

Renske | 12350 comments 4-5 We don't remove published covers.

Stefan Mroczkowski | 14 comments Why not? If no one has read or reviewed this supposed "Other edition" and the author does not like it, then what's the difference?

Creating confusion with multiple covers for the same edition is not very logical.

Stefan Mroczkowski | 14 comments If this statement next to the actual edition could be removed it would be appreciated:
“Alternate Cover Edition for ASIN: B00KFU7KO4”

Thanks.

Z-squared | 8575 comments Having a statement that an edition is an alternate cover in the blurb is suggested, but not required. I have removed that statement, but please leave it in the librarian note attached to that record on the edit page.

FYI, Goodreads policy is to keep all published covers because users like to shelve the edition that matches the one they own. For more info, see the author FAQ here.

I also created a series page for your new book here:

Stefan Mroczkowski | 14 comments Thank you, Z-squared. I really appreciate you removing that statement. It looks much better now.

Thank you for also making the series page. I really appreciate it.
