You would think Mia would hesitate about her decision - having a second chance in life and I thought initially...without a doubt she should stay.
But as Ms Forman told Mia's story; her relationships with her parents and boyfriend, what/whom she's lost and doubt over her recovery and future, made her decision all the more painful to read and thought provoking.
I loved this book and the spiritual/magical elements. It's a story of love and love lost and family. And for a YA, it's a mature story and all the relationships in here felt sincere and strong.
I read this book a couple of years ago but I remember it so vividly.
