The contest will run October 1st through November 30th. For this first contest I am doing something a little differently. Your prompt is a song, Forgiveness, by TobyMac. Write a short story that is inspired by this song. The word count must be at least 500 words, but cannot exceed 2,500. It can be any genre but erotica, and it must follow the rules below. An event has been created, which you must RSVP to by the thirtieth, whether you are participating or not. The deadline for your entries to be submitted is November 30th. You may begin submitting on the 1st of November. Each entry must be posted in its own thread under the folder October-November 2014 Contest. The topic title should include the title of your story (if there is one; this is not required), and the date. E.g. "Title" - October-November 2014 Contest. If there is no title you should add your name in place of it, otherwise the author need not be included, because the post will show who created it. You can check out this example. For this contest, the entries will be judged by the moderators, Lena and Brianna. Results will be posted by the 10th of December.

The following restrictions apply to all contests:
*Minimum profanity
*No explicit sex
*No exaltation of immoral behavior
*No blasphemous content
*No plagiarism
