I, shamefully, have to admit that I have never listened to Spiritualized.. I guess I should though. ;)
Currently listening to Vinterriket's Winterschatten album. Dark ambient/Black metal. Such a brilliant and under appreciated band.

Good call with the new Nevermore album. I am a long time fan of the band and I was not disappointed by The Obsidian Conspiracy at all. I think it is a logical step forward after this Godless Endeavor and I an glad to see they have already posted tour dates.
I am currently listening to Agalloch's "The Mantle"
When I first heard this album it shook my world. Their different approach to folk metal with neo-classical and doomy elements was unlike anything I had heard before; and touched me more than any other band in the same genre had done before that.
They were touring last year and also made an appearance in The Netherlands, but unfortunately I was not able to go. :(

I have been listening to Tryptikon a lot today. I am a long time Celtic Frost fan and this album picks up right where Monotheist left off.

Yes. And other songs are even better. Actually "My Name Is Silence" is one of the least interesting tracks on this album.
