I haven't read it yet, but I've heard nothing but amazing things about And Her Smile Will Untether the Universe! I'm hoping to finally get to it next month.

I loooooove short story collections! They are some of my favorite things to read. I really loved After the People Lights Have Gone Off. Possibly my favorite horror collection.

Also We Live Inside Your Eyes was excellent.

I have a ton of short story collections and anthologies on my shelf but not all are horror, so I'm trying to think which ones to recommend. Ghost Summer: Stories was really fabulous, but I don't recall it being particularly scary.

Also the collections by Ellen Datlow are enjoyable, but can be a bit more on the literary side, I believe? I enjoyed The Doll Collection, but definitely some stories were scarier than others and some were just meh. I will say though that she definitely picked stories that were unique and they weren't all the typical "cursed doll" narrative you would expect.

Sam: I haven't heard of that one, I'm going to be adding it to my TBR!

This sounds like a really good one as well. I added it to my tbr!

Käthe | 47 comments Ok. I'm searching for some horror recommendations that include, or the main focus is the 7 deadly sins, or at least one of the 7.
