Support can transfer the author profile to which your login is claimed from your Tiffany Rose page to the Rose Sinclair page. However, since blogs are synced to the author page, not the underlying user profile, you would still need to re-add your blog and so on.
You may prefer to create a second account, and use that to claim the Rose Sinclair page. That way you would still have the ability to log into the Tiffany Rose page to make changes there. (For example, if you wanted to un-sync your blog feed, to make it available for the Rose Sinclair page. A given feed can only be synced with one author profile at a time.)

Both author profiles already exist, and will continue to do so regardless. The difference is whether you have the ability to log into just one (with a moved account) or both (with two accounts).

I’d like my author page to reflect my updated author name. ( Tiffany Rose —> Rose Sinclair). Everything reflects this change book wise in accordance to ISBN Edition rules, besides the GoodReads author page which I’m hoping can just be edited over so I don’t have to re-upload and sync things like my blog. Thank you in advance!
