Young Werther, was he justified to end his life?

In his context and, according to the novel plot scheme, indeed he was. He failed in his love life, as an invisible rising (but unrecognised regarding Nobility) society class and as an intelectual. He was far too realistic to attend to pragmatic daily routine.
