Sebastian tried in vain to fight against the guards, though they overtook him quickly. Even untied his strength was gone. As soon as he was thrown into the solitary room he leaned his head against the wall wondering what was going to happen to Mercedes, Sage, and he even worried for Natalia a little bit. Natalia watched the baby girl with a smile. That smile faltered when she heard the crash upstairs. Cormac would be with his wife soon and after he was done with her he would come to Natalia sooner or later. She knew what he was capable of. Natalia looked down at Jessica and pointed at herself, "I'm Natalia, Jessica," her face was smiling but she couldn't keep the tremor out of her voice.
Sage was still banging at the door. She new that Cormac had been secretive but she would have never guessed that he could be so cruel. She heard a crash and winced, that couldn't be anything good. Sage heard footsteps outside of the door and stopped. Someone had just arrived and she wasn't sure that she wanted to know who it was.

Mercedes was shaking badly she started to fall asleep really afraid right now she wanted to run off she rested thinking of Sebastian glad that Jessica was with Natalia that's all that matters to her. She felt so bad for Sage and had to think of a way to get help for her but she wasn't sure at all if that'll work out. She had to get some kind of phone and warn her associates but she knew Cormac's kids and they were in their college years now at least one of them us the other two are younger. They were smart enough to help their mother.
Sage stumbled a few feet, though it was more out of surprise than anything else. She felt the warm pain light up her cheek. When she righted herself she had tears in her eyes. "I loved you too, but you kept so many secrets from us, how was it protecting me, protecting our children?" She was yelling. Sage felt a tear fall down her face but she wiped it away angrily. Now was not the time to cry. "This place, that girl, saw more of your attention then we ever did."Natalia let her thoughts wander into what was happening up stairs. Nothing good she imagined. Natalia picked Jessica up and went over to the door, making sure it was locked. She was almost certain that that would make no difference if Cormac was angry with her, but it didn't matter. She knew Cormac's kids and knew they despised her. It wasn't surprising and Natalia knew that his kids would try something stupid to rescue their mother, she hoped it wouldn't be while Cormac was in a rage though. Nobody deserved to go through that.

Jessica was looking up at Natalia cooing she saw her mother inside of her. She started to cry at the sound of the yelling and fighting. She wanted her momma and daddy with she but the baby was too young to understand her.
Sage was almost stunned, it almost made sense. But Cormac's line of work would prevent her from ever being able to see clearly at why he was doing it. "And that's why you killed so many people, to keep us safe?" Her voice was cold. The harsh blow reminded Sage of how angry Cormac could be and how she needed to keep him away from her children. "Well I guess it's a good thing they are already gone," She spat at him. Tears threatened to spill over again and this time she let a few fall, what harm could it do?Natalia rocked the little girl as they sat on her bed. The sound of yelling was still coming from upstairs. Her face had hardened again and she was no longer smiling at the child. It wouldn't be long until he was finished with his wife. And when he did Cormac would be even more enraged

Jessica cried in Natalia's arms she was shaking and crying her eyes out she started to beg for her mommy and daddy. She was so upset right now she looked down trying to calm down and not freak out anymore but she reached more for Natalia wanting to be held more and comforted.
Sage's eyes widened, she tried to fight against Cormac's grip. His whispering sent chills up her spine, she eventually gave up the fight. When he said that she managed to whimper out, "You wouldn't do that," he couldn't destroy the kids like that. By the sound of his voice though, Sage knew different. She had pushed him over the edge and there was no coming back now. Sage looked into his eyes, they were full of fury. She didn't know what he wanted her to do, obviously something. Sages hands were shaking as she continued to look up at him.Natalia comforted the young girl the best she could, but what she really needed was her parents, that however was impossible. She held the girl close but comforting did not come naturally to her. Even Jessica could probably sense she was not cut out for this whatsoever.

Jessica sobbed more screaming for her momma and daddy. She could tell that Natalia wasn't too good at this that's why she was screaming and begging for her parents. She at least needed to see them or her aunt but she couldn't at all not unless she could be let go and brought to Mercedes.
He terrified her, especially when he grabbed the back of her neck. Sage got out a short scream before she felt an explosion of pain. She crumpled to the floor blood running down her head and making her hair sticky. Natalia tried to calm Jessica down though her patience was running thin. She had to try for Cedes though. "Hush," she said quietly. Natalia had heard a scream and then two loud sounds from upstairs, then silence. Natalia breathed out. Sage was either dead or unconscious. She assumed he was going to go back to Sebastian but since Jessica was screaming it probably would draw more attention to them.

Jessica continued to cry for her daddy and momma. She screamed out Daddy she hated hearing the screams and yells of angers it destroyed her. She wanted to go home and stay with her auntie and see her parents but no that's not going to happen at all.
Natalia slid the lock back, trying to not let it make a sound. She had the crying Jessica on her hip trying to get hre to calm down. She opened the door, surprised to see Cormac looking so calm. "She's as good as can be expected for the situation," Natalia's voice did not reveal any emotion, it probably even sounded cold, but she couldn't help it. It really didn't help that she had no idea how to care for a child. She didn't ask about what had happened upstairs. It didn't seem like a good idea to talk about. Natalia walked back in the room and sat on the bed with the baby, but she left the door open in case Cormac followed her in. Sebastian was drifting in and out of consciousness, he was beginning to suspect that his injuries were a bit more major than he had first guessed. He was worried for Mercedes and what was going to happen to her.

Mercedes was starting to wake up more but she was so afraid right now she didn't want to deal with any pain right now she rubbed the jaw trying to not feel strange. She drank some water but it didn't really help her feel better.
Natalia did what Cormac said. She rubbed the baby's back gently hoping she would calm down. Natalia nodded, "What after that?" she asked her voice was calm. She didn't want him to hurt Mercedes even more than she already was. Oh how the tides had turned. Natalia didn't know how well Sebastian was doing but knowing how angry Cormac was when he went down there he couldn't be doing well. Natalia held Jessica close to her chest, letting the little girl listen to her heart beat, she knew that usually would calm kids down and continued to rub the baby's back.

Cormac strode to the bedside of Mercedes. He turned to look at the nurses and they all scampered out and the door shut behind them. "This is the last time I am going to ask you nicely," Cormac growled and slammed his fist onto the bedside table causing the water pitcher to crash to the floor. He was growing more impatient by the second and Mercedes was not going to like the consequences of lying to him. "Tell me where it is?" His voice was booming it probably could be heard outside of the room.

Cormac noticed she had gotten out of the handcuffs but it wouldn't affect him. Cormac put all his anger into a punch that went right into Mercedes' stomach. He was tired of her not telling him what he wanted. "You must want to die. Because that's the only reason you would defy me," he slapped her. Cormac had been focusing on sharp objects, now it just seemed that Mercedes was just going to be a punching bag for him to get all of his anger out on.

"World war 3 is going to happen what ever you do, so why don't you end your suffering now," His voice was dark, no humor. "I'm going to find it no matter what, even if I have to kill you and search your body to find it, so be it," Cormac grabbed Mercedes' hair and pulled her up. Now that she was in a full sitting position he delivered another punch, this time to the side. He was basically seeing red. It seemed the only thing that would get her to talk is Jessica and he wasn't ready to barter with the child's life, yet. It might end up that he does, but he would never actually kill the child.

The pain was only a dull thrum because of the adrenaline coursing through his veins. It woke him up though, he grabbed one of Mercedes' hands and wrenched the arm sideways, her heard a satisfying pop. It must of been very painful. "We can't have this, I am going to need my face in perfect condition for tomorrow. His jaw had a dull pain throbbing in it, which was rather annoying, but that's what he got for being careless and not tying her up.

Cormac grimaced as the glass cut into him, possibly the first human emotion he had shown that day. He grabbed her hand squeezing until she dropped the glass. Cormac noticed her grimace and grabbed her jaw. Something was up, he looked at her mouth for a second and raised his eyebrows. "Your father, was very smart," He smirked at his own realization. He let go of her hand and took a few paces backwards with a smile on his face. "Your tooth hurting Mercedes?"

He paced back and forth with a smirk on his face. He pulled out his phone, and dialed for one of his minions, " Michael I need some tools from the torture room, I am going to have to extract a tooth," Cormac snapped the phone shut. "Apparently your father didn't figure you would be caught," He said, directing his attention back to Mercedes who seemed more frightened now that she didn't know what was going on, "Did he not tell you where the chip was?"

"Don't leave yet, I may need you to hold her down." He walked toward her with a pair of plier looking objects. "Ok," He said while looking at Mercedes, "This is what will happen, I am going to take what is rightfully mine. Then you will be confined in here and I will go down to Sebastian's room. Jessica is safe," Cormac left his voice hanging, an unstated for now hanging in the air. He nodded to Michael who procceded to hold the girl down while Cormac searched for the tooth. When he found it he braced himself, and pulled it out, being careful not to hurt the chip cleverly inside. "Clean this up, I must go debrief the others," He was at the door.

Cormac sighed and pulled out his phone again, "Get a nurse in here now," he snapped then slid the phone back into his pocket. "If you are going to be stubborn and let yourself bleed out, just know that your niece is now in the hands of a teenager who barely can grasp the concept of love. How well will that environment be for a young child?" With that he let the nurse in and walked out into the hallway. He was now heading to solitary where Sebastian was. The things he said to Mercedes were so that she didn't fight the care of the nurses, nothing more. Though at this point he barely cared if she did, he had what he wanted

Sebastian lifted his head so that it leaned against the wall. He didn't move as Cormac entered the room. There was no fight in him. He just watched Cormac enter with his mad hatter smile. Nothing good could occur out of this interaction. Something had just slid into Cormac's favor and Seb wasn't sure what. Though one thing he was sure of was that he was going to find out in this encounter.

Seb shuddered at the thought of the chip being in her tooth. Apparently Cormac still expected him to carry out the mission. Sebastian was trying to wrap his head around everything though it was taking longer than usual because his head was swimming. Seb looked directly at Cormac though his eyes were slightly unfocused, "You are a monster," he didn't seem to care about the consequences of insulting Cormac while he was in this giddy state. It could lead to a catastrophic disaster for Seb.

Sebastian narrowed his eyes at Cormac, he wouldn't believe anything he said until it happened. Sebastian didn't fight against the nurses, it would be pointless. Instead he followed them, besides, he would be able to see how Mercedes was doing. Nothing about what was going to happen felt good to him but he may be able to see his brother again, which would be worth all of the pain he had felt in the past few days.Natalia held a sleeping Jessica in her arms as she slipped out of her room. She walked, her footsteps not making a sound as she approached her destination. She knocked softly on Cormac's office door. She wanted to know the plan for the next day. Nat cradled the head of the little girl in the crook of her elbow as she waited.

Cormac answered the door seeing that Jessica was asleep. He set the chip down with the codes if he opened it now on the computer it'll change the codes automatically which he cannot do. "Come in." He would explain the whole entire plan to her as best as he can.
Natalia slipped in the door and sat down in the chair facing his desk. Normally she would wait to be told to sit, but since Natalia had a sleeping child in her arms, she thought that she could probably get away with it. "Did you get the information you need?" She asked while watching him type on his computer. She hoped he had, it would mean that Mercedes wouldn't have to suffer anymore. Even if they weren't friends anymore, Natalia no longer wanted to destroy the girl. Sebastian was led into the infirmary his breath caught. She looked even worse than when he had last seen her. Seb however wasn't allowed to stop next to her bed, he was ushered into a bed of his own and immediately dosed with a sedative. Apparently they thought he would try to escape. As he slipped into unconsciousness he couldn't get the sound of her crying out of his head, he had to remind himself he was doing it for his family.

Mercedes was given another sedative slowly she kept fighting it and tried to move away. She fell unconscious though once she was done she tried to relax right now she was crying her eyes out. She continued to cry her eyes out laying back into the bed she wanted to hold her baby niece she was so afraid of what could happen. She slept the whole time they had to stitch her mouth again when she was sleeping so that no other damage would be there. She wanted to run off she was broken by Cormac and soon she'd die if she doesn't keep trying to fight.
Natalia nodded, she kept her breath even. She couldn't let Cormac see any fear in her, that would just prove that she was useless. Yet Natalia was scared, scared of Cormac and the power he held, and what he could do to her. The sad thing was if Cormac did try to kill her she probably wouldn't fight back. Natalia knew how focused he was on the money and she wouldn't get in his way. When he mentioned what would happen after the getting the chip she swallowed loudly but Nat hoped that he was too wrapped up in his own world to hear and chastise. "How are we going to get the chip?" she asked in an emotionless tone. Sebastian's drugged sleep was plagued by nightmares about what would happen to his family and Mercedes if he screwed up their next mission. He was jerking around so much in his sleep that he had to be restrained so that he didn't injure someone or himself. The reason was probably the cries he heard from Mercedes.

Mercedes slept for a long time unable to stay awake she was just too exhausted and wanted to run off. She woke up from many nightmares and no one was able to calm her down. She wanted Jessica in her arms she wanted to get away and help Sebastian get to his brother. She drank water and refused to sleep anymore she was cuffed to her bed so she couldn't' run off.
Natalia's jaw dropped, "What?" she said horrified. Cormac had gone off the deep end. There was no way Nat was going to let him kill Jessica. "You can't kill Jessica, she is a child," Natalia protested. It probably wasn't the best idea she had ever had but she was still trying to wrap her head around what Cormac wanted. Natalia was sure none of them would get out alive but she thought at least Jessica would. Nat was even more horrified as she listened to the conversation on the phone, she looked at Cormac wide eyed. Seb woke up in a jolt. He strained against his bonds before realizing there was no use and lied still. He refused to acknowledge the nurse and watched Mercedes. He slowly realized that her spirit was broken. Whatever Cormac had done to her destroyed her.

Mercedes looked down she coudln't even more away her eyes filled with tears she couldn't fight the feelings. She moved back and forth being given another sedative but she didn't take it seeing it was so late soon enough tehy would be alone in the hospital to rest adn cormac would most likely be asleep. She was worried abotu Sage wondering if she's okay and safe but she was also thinking of Jessica and Natalia.
Natalia closed her eyes and took a deep breath, she had to remain calm. This became increasingly difficult as he mentioned Scott and her parents. She said nothing else to him and nodded when she was dismissed and walked out of the door, shutting it unnecessarily hard. She walked down to the infirmary trying to keep it together. She asked the nurses to leave and collapsed in the chair next to Mercedes' bed. She didn't even acknowledge that Sebastian was there she was still focused on not breaking down. Sebastian watched Natalia walk in and he could immediately tell that something was wrong. He thought that she looked scared, but that couldn't be right, she was Cormac's lap dog, nothing should scare her. He was very confused and waited for her to speak to Mercedes.

Mercedes looked up when Natalia came in and sat next to her. "He told you didn't he?" She asked her looking down it hurt to talk, but she had too. "I'm sorry Nat, I wanted to tell you and Scott did too, but there wasn't any physical evidence about it," She said softly to her she would tell Seb about it later she looked down moving over to Natalia and tried to comfort her at least.
Nat buried her face into the blanket that was around Mercedes, "I don't think there is anyway we can get out of this Cedes," Nat gave the still sleeping Jessica to Mercedes then hid her face again, she felt the tears streaking down her face. "You have to agree to what ever he wants Cedes, you don't have any choice," The cracks that had formed when she had killed Scott where growing and soon she would shatter. There was a hopelessness in Nat's voice that had never been thereSebastian was very confused as to what was happening, especially the fact that Natalia was crying. That was very stunning and almost frightening, what could hurt her that much. But Sebastian already knew the answer to that. The same person that had hurt hundreds of people before her. Cormac.

Cormac slept the whole night smiling the whole time. He didn't know what was happening with the three of them in the hospital nor did he care. Soon enough he would get away with this and no one could stop him not even Mercedes.
"You don't understand Cedes," she was on the verge of hysterics, "He has completely lost it, you have to do what he says or it won't be just you who dies," Natalia had to slow down her breathing, after a few breaths she choked out, "He's threatening Jessica," She knew there was no getting out of this, he already wouldn't be happy if he found her in the infirmary. Scott was news to her though, if she did by some miracle get out of this Nat was going to go find Scott, she had no idea what she would do, but Nat had to find him.Seb was gaping as Nat told her story. He knew what would happen. Even if Mercedes had hope, there was no reason to. If Cormac had the codes then they were already dead. He just had to use them to get the money and then they were goners.
Jessica giggled crawling into Natalia's lap she smiled clapping her hands looking at the lamp. She relaxed against Natalia really happy she was cooing and making quiet baby noises smiling and laughing at the cutest things. She just missed having a mother and a father holding her and making her smile. Mercedes listened to to Sage struggle in the other room but she was too sedated to say anything.
