We have a book club with some work gals. This months pick was Verity by Colleen Hoover. It’s got a pretty wild twist at the end. It’s been fun as the group finishes it and we’re getting ready to discuss it on Saturday. I don’t typically read thriller type books but I couldn’t put it down!
I’m reading And Then There Were None by Agatha Christie. I’ve not read mystery novels in quite a long time, so this is a fun change.

I love And Then There Were None! It's such a great tale with an amazing twist. You'll have to let us know what you think of it.

I've heard some things about that twist! I may need to add it to my list of books to read. Have fun at your book club tomorrow!

I am reading Educated by Tara Westover; it is phenomenal! For me, this memoir reads like Hillbilly Elegy or All Over But the Shoutin'. Although some parts are really difficult to read (let alone live through, for the authors), love for their families of origin shine through and make the stories that much more bittersweet.
I just finished reading The Last Time I Lied by Riley Sager. This is the second by this author that was recommended to me by a co-worker.I am currently reading book 2 in the Carver/Lake series, The Cutting Room by Ashley Dyer.
Hello. I am reading The Women's War by James Patterson. I have really enjoyed reading this collection over the summer.

What books are you diving into?
Also, if you haven't already, go check out last week's thread and recommend some good mysteries for us to read.
