"Thatbwould never what?" she asks but quickly covers her mouth

He glanced up at her but then down at the maps
"You can tell me stuff you know" she says softly looking down
"Please" she squeaked quietly though loud enough for him to hear.
"No. It's none of your business." He said and didn't look up at her
She frowned and shut up. He wanted her to tell her so badly. She just wiped a tear of sadness from her eye and did what the boy said. 'Just shut up and be pretty'.
He wrote down some stuff on a paper and dragged a finger over the map
"If you will excuse me" she clears her throats and slowly makes her way from the room.
He didn't bother to look up. He continued with his job
She shoke her head and exited the room with a sigh climbing up the mast to sit again.
"you gonna yell at me again" she sighs
"Why can't you just let me be!" she says hugging her knees.
"how much longer am I gonna be on this ship!" she says.
"Good I'll be leaving soon" she sighs remember them all hating her.
"Your not going anywhere." He warned her
"The captain hates me so why would you keep me?" somehow the sound if her leaving felt awkward.
"I thiught you said you didn't know the plans for me" she scowls

"I don't know what the plans for you are but I know we have plans." He said
She sighed and climbed down from the mast, "Just put me ti work so I have something to do" she scowls.
"Good. Then go fix breakfast." He ordered
"Yes sir" she says planley and walks to th kitchen. There wasn't much there besides flour and various spices and syrups so she smiled and went to work on something most sailors never eat. Pancakes.
"Done!" She called slapping piles of pancakes on napkins due to no plates.
Those boys that heard had kind of an smile
"Cone and eat it before I do!" She called wiping flour off her shirt.
Just a few walked since not everyone heard
She runs out and screams again, "BREAKFAST!"
"Is he always gonna ignore me?" She huffs.
"He never eats down here." One of the boys said
"fine well he can eat up there!" She announces taking a pile of the pancakes up to his cabin.
She ignores the boy and enters his room gently putting the plate on his desk.
Darren looked at the plate and then at her

He grind some as he looked down again. "Leave it there." He ordered. His voice was a bit calm
She nods staring at the floor and setting it down gingerly.
She walked away acting sweet and innocent but quickly jerked her head up after she left the room, "What now dingus?" she asks rolling her eyes.
