Could someone help me out, please?I don't know how or why--I must have clicked on something and screwed things up--but I've ended up with duplicate copies of The Lighthouse Keeper's Daughter on my reading challenge page. I've only read it once and would like the duplicate to be removed because I want to keep an accurate record of my readings. I'm afraid to remove it from my bookshelf because it might remove my review and the comments. I'd appreciate it if someone could remove the duplicate.

Hmmm, I don't participate in the reading challenges, so I don't know what to tell you to do. It's not something I can change as a librarian.

That happens when you have 2 read dates for the book, but you don't seem to have 2 read dates. If you removed the extra date recently, you will need to wait a few days for that to be reflected in your challenge because those pages are cached.

I emailed goodreads support to see if they can help out. If not, I might just delete the whole thing and re-enter it. I hate it when glitches like this happen.

I checked. I don't have duplicate editions of the book. Thanks for the suggestion.

I must have put down a second read date, which was identical to the first read date. So it registered it twice even though I only read it once.
I couldn't figure out how to remove the second read date. So I "fibbed" and changed the second read date to the year 2017. That kicked the duplicate copy off my 2020 Read Challenge Page. So the problem is solved--sort of:) If nothing else, this will teach me to be more careful when I put down read dates.

Hi,Can someone help me out please?
I just added an audiobook edition for my novel, Unsung Odysseys, a retelling of the Odyssey through the voices of women. The audiobook edition has shown up, but it doesn't have the cover Unsung Odysseys.
The audiobook has the same cover as the ebook and paperback. Can someone fix this for me and put the cover on the audiobook? If I have to do it, can you tell me how?

There's 2 different versions of the Brilliance Audible version. One has an MP3 version and the the other is just an audio CD. Which would be the correct one for the linked entry you give?

I have recently finished reading You Belong To Me by Samantha Hayes - this is the third book in a 3-book series.On GR, these books are headed with series stating 'DCI Lorraine Fisher...', whereas actually she is only a 'DI'. As a GR librarian, I have amended the details on the individual books but I'm not sure how (or if) I can amend the series information in the book details.
Can any other GR librarian sort this please?

When a book is deleted, all the reviews with it are lost. Instead, I corrected the author and combined it with the other editions.

Susan, there's a 'bot program currently screwing up the database. Librarians are pulling their hair out trying to correct things and get the 'bot stopped. I'll deal with these tonight if someone else doesn't do them before then.
