ABANDONED. Thriller: Kills with trained Falcon controlled by sunglasses

A man trains a falcon to murder. First murder is a Rockefeller Center. A ballerina/ice skater/ex-girlfriend is skating. The flacon is circling above. The man sends signals to the falcon by bouncing sunlight off mirror sunglasses. The man tells the falcon to kill the ice skater/ex girl friend. The falcon dives from the sky and bites the skater in the neck.

The book is very very odd and ridiculous.
