the straights I'm good with the numbers and we can keep the of a kinds the same if we want. I'm happy with those genres. :D

Does anyone else have a book which will either cover section 1 task #5 (between 500-599 pages, hand on cover, published sept/oct/, 5th in series or 5 in title)

Or the Yahtzee - read a book which a team member rated 5 stars?

I’m reading one now that can fit either of these - but want to use it for the category no one else can cover?

One of my current reads works for either (590 pages and five star review by Melanie), but I just started it yesterday.

Okay, so last week was a ridiculously slow reading week, but hopefully I'm back on track now. Sadly, the day I thought I'd have something to post, I ended up sick and not getting any reading time. :( But I've got two completed and one almost done, and I'm going to do my best to get them posted today!

I should also be able to start my #6 task today, and after that, I'll try to pick up some fives for the straights. ;)

Sorry I've been so quiet! Just now on my laptop to update and also post my book. I've finished The Girl Behind the Red Rope and am almost done with a nonfiction for my chance.

Have we completed round 2? I've just finished a debut novel, first in a series, published in December, 362 pages.

We have two books left for round two--Melanie's chance and one Yahtzee task that Sarita is reading for. I'm starting in on some of the tasks for round three, but we can't post anything yet. Want to plan on using this one for task #1?

So far I think everything was available, so you can have your first pick. But maybe keep the shorter books for section 2, since longer books count more for section 1

All categories is the same as round 2.

What about the page count? I thought you wanted shorter books for section two.

It is 304 pages so will still had for points for section 1. Adding all the pages and task points for section 1 we will still get our 5 bonus points.

If you want to use it for the straights though, it can work for 4 for small straight or 3 or 4 for large straight.

originally when you said short I though you meant like between 100 and 200 pages :-)

I didn't realize it was 300 pages for both of the novels I thought were going to be in the 200s.
