Not what I was hoping for but it was still beautiful. Went to Ireland and Scotland. Tuesday I leave for California to see my daughter and her family.

I have a book I just finished that can be my chance book, the book I'm reading now would work for Section 1 task 2, and the book I'm reading next would for for either Full House, or Section 1 task 5.

I've always wanted to go to Scotland! Was it to see family, or business? Or just because?

My 3 friends had heard me talk about my previous 2 trips there and they wanted to go. So we planned for 1 1/2 years and this was the trip. However, it is hard, as a history buff, to go on a trip with people who aren't. They were interested in shopping and going to a pub in every town we saw. Still, it was an adventure.

I love nature, so going through the Gampion mountains was stunning. Didn't make it to the Scottish borders, though. I guess I will have to plan another trip!!!

I think it would be easiest if you put your books where you want to and I'll fill in the blanks. Does that sound okay?

Page points are awarded for the books read for any task, whether or not the full task is done, I believe.

I participated in a reading marathon this past week. It helped that my husband was out of town. Fewer distractions and expectations :)

I'm about 70% into Eclipse Bay. I should finish it before midnight. It was published June 1, 2000 and has 358 pages. The only number it's missing is the 4.
