Okay awesome! Now the plot.
Would it be like Liberty City? (If you don't know what that is i'd explain it) Or the Justice League...Ummm or just random kids/teens/adults with powers?

Hey, so would you like me to explain Liberty City?
Basics- Liberty City is seperated into five divisions. North is for the rich, bushes owners, the council, and the factory owners. East is the middle-class. Mainly the law enforcement, family of the rich, and so on. West is for the poor. The factory workers, con men, farmers, and workers of other sorts. Lastly the South... This is where the criminals, crooks, runaways, and the 'mutants'.
Mutants- These are the people who have powers. They got these abilities from the chemical spill on Liberty Island, which is only five miles off the coast of the city. These mutants are now rare. All government and law enforcers are trying to kill them. Most of them are hiding out in the south wing of the city.
Other-Mutants are rare and are being hunted down and eliminated. That or taken to top secret labratories to be tested on.
