Remove Spoilers... How do you hide the spoiler vs. removing it. help please

Does anyone know how to hide my spoiler, in a review, but keep it so that it can still be read.

It used to be if you used the html code (view spoiler)[... (hide spoiler)]
that there was a spoiler there that you could click on to read, but it was hidden.

Now on my review it says “Spoilers Removed”. And I don’t want that. I still want people to be able to see my thoughts on the best part of the book for discussion.

Anyone know how to fix that or what I did wrong?
For some reason editing on the phone seems more complicated than when I use a computer to write my reviews and edit them.
