How this group will work

Okay so there will be a short story and two chapter story contests and so on...the main point is that there will be a topic for example:

A girl who injured herself and you have to describe her pain..or something like that..THAT would go in Descriptive writing contest...Am I making sense?

How will we decide who is the winner? Voting or does someone choose? We should have judges!!

Well.....I will decide for the first two competiotions but in the other ones I will make judges!
