I can only rate this a two as I never finished it. That sounds like a cop-out but it was actually a very difficult decision. I loved the plot. I loved the story. I was embracing the characters and the dialog felt right to me. But there were so many typos in the manuscript that I ultimately could not see it through to the end. Not grammar. Not a writing style I disliked. Typos.
It was so frustrating for me--as a writer and former proofreader/editor, I was appalled at the number of errors in the text. I'm not an expert and I don't look for errors when I read. I read for enjoyment. But after several tries to continue, I gave up, sad to miss the end of the story. As I said, I read for enjoyment and I could no longer enjoy this book.
