Rowling's hinted at it. During the Yule Ball they caught Fleur Delacour and Roger Davies in one of the Flutterby bushes, I think. She sort of glosses over the whole sex thing but at the same time allows you to interpret her words as you choose.

I LOVED how the wgole Krum-Hermione romance started. ONLY Hermione would find a guy stalking her in the Library hot.

I don't mind when it's between the kids at the school. Like Harry and Cho are cute and Fleur and Davies are around the same age but Krum is 18 and Hermione is 14/15. I mean, she can't even do magic outside of school yet, Vik. Keep it in your pants. Maybe I'm just a bit prudish.
