That is currently on a lot of audiobook editions. Do you know: is it short for Library Edition?

I've noticed that also and can only assume that it means Library Edition. Is there a difference between audio CDs?

I only know there are often multiple audio CD editions, each with a different and valid isbn. Occasionally there are abridged and unabridged editions, but usually there is no noticeable difference. It might be for different markets, like specific for libraries.
