Part 3 - 5 Players, 3 Sides (Chpt. 22): (view spoiler)[ Hat ~ gentlemen/fighters; Dog ~ bitches/non-fighters. How did Jazz and Connie figure that out?

Connie's parents had every right to be worried and freak out, says a mother of 2 daughters. I don't really understand why Connie had to go to NYC.

Connie did see the "ugly J" tag at the crime scene. I'm glad that the police weren't incompetent.

Special Agent Jennifer Morales volunteers to help Jazz kill Billy.

Part 4 - 5 Players, 4 Sides (Chpt. 57): (view spoiler)[ Connie following the texts had me yelling at her and the book...stupid girl!!

Box of family photos was cool for Jazz, but how long had they been there? Jasper Francis Dent's birth certificate doesn't list the father. If they were married at the time, the hospital normally just puts the husband's name on the certificate.

Oliver Belsamo confessing that he killed them all sounded vague. Why did he expose himself to Jazz? Weird behavior. (hide spoiler)]

2 killers sharing their MOs. I guessed this at the beginning, but I LOVED the Murderopoly game! I didn't imagine the ending.

Ending Thoughts
(view spoiler)[ I can't believe Jasper's mom is alive and she's the kinda evil genius behind some of this stuff. Crazy. Connie proved to be a worthy match for Billy. She wanted out and got out. Jasper having to shot his mom hurt a bit but she shot him first so all is fair there. (hide spoiler)]

Blood of my blood ch1-9. Sadistic. Glad to see it pick up as it has from the end of book 2.

Ch 10-13. Way to go! Internally whooping, but a little terrified.

Ch14-24. Still can't believe a seventeen year old would succeed in the way Jasper does!

Ch25-32. Thankfully, not a lot of graphic violence at the moment, but I sense it's all about to draw to a dramatic moment or two!

Ch33-42. Currently feeling like I have to stick this out to find out what's happening, but I'm so glad it's in a book! Howie is coming into his own in this book.

Ch43-50. Um, okay...not what I expected! Makes the psychological elements of this even more interesting.

Completed. Real mix of emotions here. Deeply unpleasant, but fascinating series.

I Hunt Killers, Chapter 1: (view spoiler)[ I find it interesting to learn the crime scene from the point of view of the criminal. I really like Jazz's voice in his story. The one thing I want to know is why is he spying on the cops? (hide spoiler)]

I Hunt Killers, Chapters 2-10: (view spoiler)[ I really like Jazz's relationship with Deputy G. William's. I wonder how their "bantering" started. I want to know more about their relationship. I like how humour is added to the book. I can understand Jazz's perspective of being seen as a serial killer. I think the fact he is resisting the urges of becoming one will help him out. I am loving this book because it is just like Criminal Minds. OMG...the killer's POV!!! Now, this is interesting. Does he have a connection with Jasper's father? I hope the killer is not Jasper. I Hunt Killers, Chapters 11-18: (view spoiler)[ Now we know that his father killed his mom. The humor in the story helps out with this type of book. I loved the interaction between Jazz and Melissa the social worker. The book is so hard to put down. I like the fact Jazz is trying to figure out the killer's method of choosing victims. The breakdown was heartbreaking to read. Poor Jazz! Is anyone else thinking that the killer will pin the crime on Jazz or is it just me? Still loving this book. (hide spoiler)]

I Hunt Killers, Chapters 19-30: (view spoiler)[ OMG!! Could the killer be Billy? If that's the case, this is like The Law Abiding Citizen movie. Poor Jazz! His reaction to Ginny's murder was confusing to me. I hope Howie's alright. The case is getting intense. I am liking that G. William is listening to Jazz and looking into Billy. I thought that Jazz not getting involved in the investigation when Howie got injured showed that he is different than his father. OMG!! Another breakdown from Jazz! I really love Connie. She knows how to be there for Jazz. I really love Howie as well. (hide spoiler)]

I am wondering why the Killer draws hats and dogs on the victims. I think it is cool that NYPD homicide detective Louis Hughes needs Jazz's help to solve who the killer is. I wonder how Aunt Samantha will be? Hope she is nice. Did Coonie go to NYC for herself or Jazz? (hide spoiler)]

Blood of My Blood, Part 3 - Killers Hunt Me (Chapters 24-43): (view spoiler)[ There is no violence or gruesome murder scenes. However, I think this will lead to a confrontation between his mother and himself. I cannot wait for that to happen. I hope he tells her how he truly feels because to make your son believe you are dead all these years must have been horrible for him. I love how Howie is being established more as a character in this book. I love him. (hide spoiler)]

I am just over 100 pages in with the story just getting started and we start to get know more about Jasper and his serial killer father. I am remembering why I like the series and I like the characters and the story very much.

I am 158 pages in the story is getting much more interesting the further I get into it. The characters are really interesting and well made and I like them very much.

This book is a really interesting thriller and I like the murder mystery aspect of it to it is really well written I love it even more than I did before.

I like the characters especially Jasper and Howie his friend he is a funny and interesting character that just adds to the story.

I am 100 pages into and I am remembering why I loved it so much. I love the thriller and the mystery aspect things just get really intriguing pretty early on.

I am a little further in the story it is written well with the thriller aspects and the bits in the Killer's point of view makes it really creepy and eery and a very good read so far. This book is more graphic in nature than the first book it describes many of the gruesome ways some characters are killed it's a really good book.
