- So first of all, great entries everyone!!! You guys did a-maze! So here is my tallies and why:

1 tally - Alice's 'JUST RIGHT' -

So, I voted for Alice's entry. Alice did a great job with descriptions and humor. She was creative in her use of spaghetti (instead of porridge), chair-designs, and her undecided ending. One of my favorite parts was when Alice conveyed Sally in a way I often imagined Goldilocks. A greedy, self-indulgent child with little remorse or restraint (so often you hear people praise the fictional character for her bravery). The story actually reminds me of a poem I read in a book once where the poet, too, conveyed Goldilocks as such. Only it's ending was a bit darker (I needn't say how, you know what I mean). All round, Alice did a brilliant job, and I wouldn't be afraid to say she has a knack for entertaining stories. Great job!

2 tallies - Ruby's 'SNOW WHITE'S DAUGHTER'

Next one I voted for was Ruby. Her re-imaging of Snow-White's protege was intriguing, and new. A classic spin was turned into something different and unique. The whole story made you question who was on the right side all along, and while she leaves a dramatic cliffhanger that (like Alice's) only left to it's appeal I hope it's not the last time we hear of Raven.

3 tallies - Sora's 'SLEEPING BEAUTY?'

Sora's entry however won me over with her own originality, and clever spins (she too, left us with a bit more questions like just how the 'Beauty' ever fulfilled her oath, and what happened to her poor fiancée in the tower?). Besides that her blood-curdling details took me away, and sent goosebumps. If you didn't get creeped out, I'd be amazed. I'm not sure about you, but I've always wondered how the Sleeping Beaut still stayed pretty after 100 years, but Sora managed to take it and use it to her advantage. So well-done on her part!!!

And again well done to everyone! Even to Charlotte who gave me a fictional character with my name (I'm afraid that made me a bit more biased, and made it harder to vote), but I found her story creative, imaginative, and I can't wait to read more about this 'Emmeline' in the future if it be. Again, you guys are amazing!
