I see the book hasn't been published yet. Have any advanced reader copies been distributed with the old cover, either in ebook or physical formats?

No. It's scheduled for release in Kindle and paperback on 1st November. I have some pre-orders for Kindle but the new cover is on KDP Select; I plan to send out about 40 ARCs but they will all have the new cover.

PS. A Goodreads Giveaway starts 1st October and I'd be grateful if the cover on the Giveaway could also be changed.

Hi,

When I liked my book on Facebook (from the Goodreads App) it still shows my old cover.

I would like it to show the most updated cover (the cover without 'Book One' at the top).

That seems to be the normal way that Facebook operates. We have threads going back years with the same problem and have a successful conclusion
