Who did you suspect was the murderer of Andie Bell?

in the end I started thinking it was Ravi, God I was wrong there, but my greatest suspect was someone from the Ward family
If I think about it now I would have suspected Max had a doing in the whole murder since he kept acting suspicious when things where asked about what happend, and also because he was so rude towards. But I was also really into the 'She didn't die and just ran away' situation.
After Pip talked to Becca for the first time I 100% thought it was her somehow. That's why when Naomies dad got arrested I was so confused, let my guard down, and then bam. She's the murderer.
I thought that Andie wasn't dead at all! Because her Body wasn't found. I thought that she might just ran away to either make Sal feel upset, so she just faked her death.
I had a couple theories. The first being that Andie was never actually dead, instead Sal found out that she was sleeping with someone else, killed him as a result, and then ran away so she wasn't convicted. My next theory was her sister. I genuinely just thought her reactions to questioning were so strange, and we saw so little of her. Of course, that was because Pip was told not to overstep the investigation, and get too personal, but I figured it was too convenient for the plot.
For the most part though, I did have suspicions about everyone, and it was brilliant when it came to the reveal. The whole two level of the crime was definitely a twist I didn't expect!
for the entire book after we met Nat I thought it was her because she kept refusing interviews and hiding from Pip.
I genuinely thought that Max killed her with the help of Naomi which, is probably what they wanted the readers to think because they were making them seem so suspicious.
i had a pretty strong feeling it was Jason. then i got farther into the book and was like "ok it HAS to be max" then i finshed it and was like: "wow. that;'s what ya call a polt twist.
I thought that it was elliot ward, he just seemed super suspicious when pip was talking to him about it.
For most of the book, I thought it was Elliot Ward because of how much the circumstantial evidence was related to him, and because of Andie and Elliot's relationship.
I was totally convinced it was Naomi, she was just too suspicious at the beginning and acted a little sus
Celestea wrote: "I was totally convinced it was Naomi, she was just too suspicious at the beginning and acted a little sus"I feel like in most books/movies suspicious characters don't end up being the murderer.
I never thought it was Max tbh. He doesn’t seem like he’d be able to pull it off - like he seems to proud/braggy idk. I thought Jason was innocent too at the end. Anyway I thought it was Dan Da Silva or Elliot Ward. But this book had me guessing so much
I honestly didn't know who did it until the very end but I had some guesses about Becca. She seemed too good to be true.
At the Start I thought it was ravi and He killed sal cuz sal was like the favourite child and so it looked like sal did Suizide He killed andie too so the whole Start-Story could be made up
I think I thought she was still alive ! If not my top choices were Max/Jason😅Never would have guessed!!
I thought that Ravi killed Andie because him becoming friends with Pip would be a good choice to eliminate any possible suspects. Also. Since his brother was a suspect he could have killed Andie because hey have somewhat of the same DNA.
Danni wrote: "My theory was that Andie Bell was never murdered to begin with, but she made people believe that she was, and set Sal Singh up to look guilty for it, because she wanted to punish her dad, Jason Bel..."isnt that from the book??
Andrea wrote: "i thought it was elliot ward."That's my exact theory as of right now, I'm only beginning part 2, and he had the means, he's a teacher, he tutored, so he could have tutored both Andie and Sal, got into the relationship with Andie, got scared or something, so she fled, and to make Sal's "suicide", could have stolen the pills...
But I'm guessing with the "was" you used that it is not Elliot Ward ahah.
I thought she’s been sending those messages to Pip to get her away from finding out that she’d been alive all allong … Then i FOR SURE thought that she killed herself but never ever for one second thought of who really did
Danni wrote: "My theory was that Andie Bell was never murdered to begin with, but she made people believe that she was, and set Sal Singh up to look guilty for it, because she wanted to punish her dad, Jason Bel..." Yes absolutely I love that theory.
I suspected Eliot Ward as soon as he was introduced because I felt he was the perfect character for it in a murder mystery story. Hes a very positive character at the start and impossible for anyone to suspect him. Hes also the least likely to have a motive. Its always a character who is close to the protagonist and at the same time very positive and hence least likely. Hes also not very visible during the first part of the story. However adding 2 villains was an amazing idea and I didnt suspect Becca Bell at all. I actually thought she was more of a victim but then when u think of it, the timing of the car being spotted on camera had to be misleading and Becca was the only one who could have been mistaken for Andie. I didnt think of this while reading the book though. I just loved this book. thought it was amazing!
Roe wrote: "After there was a conference between Max and Pip about why he had a naked picture of Andie, I generally thought he was the murderer alongside Howard."Fr fr I thought the same
Danni wrote: "My theory was that Andie Bell was never murdered to begin with, but she made people believe that she was, and set Sal Singh up to look guilty for it, because she wanted to punish her dad, Jason Bel..."I honestly thought she was still alive too and was a bit disappointed
I began suspecting Becca since she was introduced. How she tried being like Andie to feel seen. Then came the article. I was pretty sure of it then. And when the story explained Naomi getting new sim, I knew it was going to have a role too.
What I didn't expect was how Sal's friends lied, Andie being an actual freaking bully and the threat note reaching closer and closer to Pip.
It was a nice read to be honest!
Danni wrote: "My theory was that Andie Bell was never murdered to begin with, but she made people believe that she was, and set Sal Singh up to look guilty for it, because she wanted to punish her dad, Jason Bel..."so true, i had that feeling to begin with aswell
I am not gonna brag but I somehow knew it was going to be andie's sister I didn't k ow how it was gonna ve her and why but I have this theory that whosoever the characters who u clearly suspect aren't gonna be the murders, and the character about whom some info is given but its neither good or bad its just there thay are not involved in the case and situations that much but u just find them there and it seems pretty nirmal but at the end the author just knots thise loose ended information and conversations and then u are left awe struck....I mean I try to point some people as my personal special people list but still I was so amazed and surprised by the ending and when naomi's father was driving up to the house I literally had my heartbeat fast...was not expecting that for sure....btw I also read reappearance of racheal price and I literally couldn't figure out who the accused is till last...it was so good....I love holly's books....there is a bit of romance and normal romance which a 17 year old would have in their life although I am 17 but I have none 😢😂
i suspected max and nat bc the way she was pretty violent and after she went to pip's skl pip found that note in her locker. Hope that somehow made sense.ps: i would have never guessed that becca is the one who killed andie, like ik how she was jelous of her and everything but she didn't seem that sus.
M wrote: "After Pip talked to Naomi, I thought it was her and her dad was defending/covering for her up until it came out that her dad was somewhat guilty."YES! She was so suspicious and annoyed me so freaking much. You love Ravi's brother, but do this? BFFR
hersh wrote: i honestly felt that Daniel was the one and nat was innocent ! max hastings i hate that guy but I knew it wasn't him"
I hated him quick enough to know he didn't kill anyone. Glad he got what he deserved though
i fr thought it was Nat da slivia for the longest time. then I did start to suspect Becca bc of how she was acting.
Initially I suspected dan da Silva and even stanley forbes but after reading the story I was like how come Pip even suspected Becca and she WAS the murderer
I always though that Andie wasn´t even dead but just pretended to be. I never believed Sal killed himself
Roe wrote: "After there was a conference between Max and Pip about why he had a naked picture of Andie, I generally thought he was the murderer alongside Howard."Same!

2. Jason bell because he always commented on her body and maybe he just got sick of her so he killed her, he was also just really suspicious.
