So in light of the recent polls that we have had, here are the outcomes.

Obviously, you know that we are reading Cress by Marissa Meyer for the month of September.

Now the other poll was for either:
A.) Extending the book range to one year, OR
B.) Keeping it the same.

The results are in and we are (drum roll) "extending it to a year" range. Now I'm not sure how everyone feels about this, but I feel like this will help expand out choices a little bit. So much comes out in that time frame, but we also miss so many of the books when we choose each month. I hope this way will give us a little more to choose from and we can read more that we didn't get to read earlier on.

I hope everyone is ready for the upcoming months...
And I hope everyone is enjoying the current monthly read. I look forward to the discussions.

Stephanie (sloughry) | 12 comments so if i am understanding this post..this means we can choose books that came out up to a year ago? and this is confusing again because the post says this is new but the month says its for september which was 5 months ago.thats one of the reasons i feel confused with navigating here! so sorry!!

It is okay. We started out the group with reading only books that were published within the past 6 months. But later we did a poll to see if it would be okay with other group members to extend the range to a year, to kind of get more books into the mix, since so many are published each month.

Hope this helps. Let me know if you have any more questions.
