If you create a new pen name, the two will not be automatically linked. If you do nothing, the old name will only appear on the anthology. To have the anthology appear on your new profile, the new name would have to be added to the book's list of authors.

Please note that you cannot change your current name to the new one. You would have to make a separate account.
I am a little confused by this paragraph:My upcoming books for 2020 and 2021 (The Descendants series) would be published under my new name, and I would want to associate that name with those upcoming titles, and would still want those adds and reviews accessible to my new pen name. Is that possible?
If the Descendants will be published under the new name, yes, they will be accessible to that name.
You can add your real name to those books so that they will appear under your old profile as well (that is what is meant by the "common name").

The Descendants books will only have "Tracy Deonn Walker" on them if you wanted them to. They do not have to be connected to your current profile if they are under a different name. You will basically have two profiles.
Meaning those books can be moved to another author name and do not have to stay on the Tracy profile. They would not lose their reviews.
But please do not change the TDW profile as the anthology has to retain that name.

Hi Tracy,I have changed the name on the not-yet-published books to Tracy Deonn. If you'd like to claim that profile, you will need to do so with a different email address than the one you are using for your current one.
The anthology will have to retain the name under which it was published.
I have added it. (It is quite a long list so I am assuming every other author in the anthology is already listed.)
