I know I'm really late but here goes...

1. My favorite character or I should say the most relatable character was the crystal merchant. His dream had always been to visit Mecca but even when he has the time, money, and resources to go he doesn't. It is as if he would rather hold on to the dream of going to Mecca rather than actually go and it not meet his expectations. His character mirrored how I go about things that I really want in real life, planning for it saving money for it but never following through afraid that I will be disappointed.

2. Favorite Quotes

"When you want something with all your heart, that's when you are closest to the Soul of the World. Its always a positive force." p. 81 middle of page

3. My personal legend is simple, have financial freedom, clearly define what I want and know what I have to contribute, find a helpmate, and build a family with love, cultural pride, and happiness.
