Julia (julia103) | 321 comments I added the ebook edition https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/2... and took the description from the bookseller page where I bought it.

Now I see that the text is the same but that it is better formatted in the paperback edition https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/1....

Can someone please change the ebook to match the paperback?

And for future reference, now that creating a new edition actually creates an edition instead of a work to be combined, if I had left the description field blank would the new edition have no description or would a default description have gone in? (I'm pretty sure that before the change, it would have been blank unless I asked a librarian to add the default when combining.)

Philip (burnnerman) | 5912 comments Done, set it to use the default description.

To answer you questions yes, if you do not enter a description it will get filled with the default description if one has been set for the book.
