PurpleObsessor_15 (hunnybunn13) | 7 comments I don't get it...I know this probably isn't ON topic, but my best friend (who's and Animae FREAK) says it's just for adults...whereas my mom, calls in Animae porn and REFUSES to let me have anything to do with Animae. I can't even read Manga comics or have Animae pictures. It SUCKS.
I say it's porn. It has fantasy porn and everything is realitstic. The sounds and EVERYTHING. It's SO disterbing. I just wish it didn't exist cause then, I could read manga comics........... THEY ROCK!!

Jennifer (jen421) | 201 comments I watch some anime shows on adult swim. There is a lot of anime porn out there, but not all anime is porn. That would be like saying that because some books have sex scenes, all books are pornographic....

My personal favorite anime show is Trinity Blood, which has zero sex. There is some violence, but its less that what you'd see in an R rated movie. I bought the series on DVD after watching some of it on adult swim. I also like Death Note and Blood+. Both of which have no sex that I have seen. (Although I have only seen a few episodes of those.)

Admin Note: I moved this into the TV/Movies/Music folder. For future reference, check out the folder system when making a new post, as it keeps things neat and easy to find. :)

Like Jennifer said, there is a lot of pornographic anime (often called hentai here in the states), but by no means is it all porny. The Japanese create anime the way the American film industry uses live action. It's for all ages; you can find anime that's for children and some that's for adults.

It's kind of difficult to make a judgment call on something when you've never seen any of it, really.
