Jay | 2093 comments He kissed her softly and looked into her eyes, "As long as I'm alive, I will make sure you go to college."

message 53: by [deleted user] (new)

"You can't make a huge college do anything. Besides, it's not your fault I have alconemia."

message 54: by Jay (new)

Jay | 2093 comments "I know, but it's not your fault either." He argues, his voice gentle and soft,

message 55: by [deleted user] (new)

"Crap lot anyone else cares."

message 56: by Jay (new)

Jay | 2093 comments "But I care," he said softly and kissed her forehead,

message 57: by [deleted user] (new)

She smiled a bit, "And thank you for that."

message 58: by Jay (new)

Jay | 2093 comments He smiled, "No need to thank me." He said softly and kissed her hand softly,

message 59: by [deleted user] (new)

She sighed.

message 60: by Jay (new)

Jay | 2093 comments He smiled at her,

message 61: by [deleted user] (new)

She took her notes again.

message 62: by Jay (new)

Jay | 2093 comments He gazed at her happily,

message 63: by [deleted user] (new)

message 64: by Jay (new)

Jay | 2093 comments Sure

message 65: by [deleted user] (new)

As they walked through the halls to lunch when no one was under teacher surveilance anymore then the kids began hurling insults at her. "Retard!" "Drunk!" "Fat!" "Stupid!" She kept her head down standing near Jake as they walked and clinging to him in emotional pain slowly brought outward by years of hearing it. Over and over and over. All they ever rold her was how worhtless she was and although she didnz.t know it, they made up lies about her appearance just to watch her rumble. It assumed them how quickly she succumbed to their wills now a days but they always tried to push the limits especially around Jake as to how far they could get. One guy a jock and known pervert tore her off Jake spinning her through the hall so she was againsr his chesf. People snickered more at her rhan him as he put one hand on her bhtt and they other near her chest, "Ditch the punk loser and come to my room and I'll make this all stop." He winked. She glared at him with tears on her cheeks. She pulled away and after she finally was sure of herself thst she would get the leasf laughs from rhis statement than the others in her head she said, "Leave me alone!" One guy out of sight but close enough to hear quite loudly at her, "Go kill yourself. Maybe the next generation won't be as retarded as you!" They all chose lunch time to be their worst because nor of rhe teachers patrolled the halls like they did bewteen classes.

message 66: by Jay (new)

Jay | 2093 comments Jake let out a growl as she was spun away and watched angrily at his offer, then watched her hesitate and frowned, then watched the shouts, he broke out in a sprint and hugged her close, "Don't listen to them," he murmured angrily, glaring at them al, "Leave her alone." He growled. "You beat me up every morning. Why are you messing with her too?" He said angrily, "She is smarter than all of us." He said, this Time softly, "She is smarter than all of you."

message 67: by [deleted user] (new)

The cold laughter seemed not only to echo through the halls but her head. The Wrestling team star leaning on a wall said, "She's dumb as a doornail. She was literally born drunk. I've eaten oatmeal smarter than her. The only thing she's got running for her is that big juicy butt and rack." Everyone snickered, agreeing with him. Serena looked down, hating herself. Another guy cat called, "You aren't even her type, punk! Little goody two shoes and and metalheads don't mix! Get it right!" Serena snapped, "Leave him out of this!" Everyone laughed at how pathetic it was for her to try and stand up to them.

message 68: by Jay (new)

Jay | 2093 comments Jake wrapped his arms around her, "Get out of here, big headed losers," he snapped and held her close, "Ignore them, never give up on what I have always told you," he whispered. He kissed her temple softly and glared at the others,

message 69: by [deleted user] (new)

She rolled her eyes, "Ya, because that changes anything. I just want to get to lunch."

message 70: by Jay (new)

Jay | 2093 comments He sighed sadly and nodded, then pushed his way through the crowd of people and took her hand as they walked to the lunchroom

message 71: by [deleted user] (new)

Tears rolled down her face, "I hate myself so freaking much."

message 72: by Jay (new)

Jay | 2093 comments He frowned and stopped immediately, "Don't you ever say that about yourself," he growled softly, "That is an insult to me aswell. Because I think you are the most amazing person in the world, I feel extremely lucky to have you," he says softly and hugs her,

message 73: by [deleted user] (new)

She pulled away, "Great, now I can't even hate myself without hurting you too. I'm no good to society. Their right. I should just go die."

message 74: by Jay (new)

Jay | 2093 comments He frowned, "Then let's run away," he said softly,

message 75: by [deleted user] (new)

"Wouldn't you just get bored or annoyed with me?" she muttered, "Sooner or later?"

message 76: by Jay (new)

Jay | 2093 comments "Never." He stated flatly, completely serious now,

message 77: by [deleted user] (new)

"Alright then, sure, let's run away." She'd give him the benefit of the doubt.

message 78: by Jay (new)

Jay | 2093 comments "Pack your things and be ready at nine if you are actually serious and I'll be there."

message 79: by [deleted user] (new)

"What do I have to lose?"

message 80: by Jay (new)

Jay | 2093 comments "Nine it is. We are leaving and never coming back," he whispered and kissed her forehead,

message 81: by [deleted user] (new)

"I don't want to."

message 82: by Jay (new)

Jay | 2093 comments "Come back?" He asks softly and takes her hand,

message 83: by [deleted user] (new)

She smiled halfway, "Sure."

message 84: by Jay (new)

Jay | 2093 comments He looks at her curiously, "So your serious. You really want to go with me?"

message 85: by [deleted user] (new)

"Yes. I'm sick of this place."

message 86: by Jay (new)

Jay | 2093 comments He nodded, "Ill be there at 9 tonight exactly." He said softly, kissing her temple,

message 87: by [deleted user] (new)

She nodded.

message 88: by Jay (new)

Jay | 2093 comments ((Sure))

message 89: by [deleted user] (new)

She had her bags pakced and was outside. Her dad was yelling at her to get in the house and be logical but she ignored him. He'd never thought highly of her anyways.

message 90: by Jay (new)

Jay | 2093 comments He pulled into the driveway, his life savings in his wallet, he smiled and stepped out, he took her bags and kissed her forehead lightly,

message 91: by [deleted user] (new)

Her dad yelled, "You better leave my daughter here and get off my property, punk!" Serena walked towards Jake, "Let's go."

message 92: by Jay (new)

Jay | 2093 comments He nodded and threw her bags in the back of the pickup truck and opened the door for her,

message 93: by [deleted user] (new)

She climbed in and just to tick off her dad pulled of her shirt. She wasn't planning to let Jake touch her, she just figured it was like wearing a bikini top and would tick of her dad. If she wanted to dress like this everyday she would. Maybe it would change what people saw of her in this new chapter of life.

message 94: by Jay (new)

Jay | 2093 comments He glanced at her and blushed lightly, "Uh, what..."

message 95: by [deleted user] (new)

"Ticking off dad. As soon as we're out of view I'm putting it back on. Sorry."

message 96: by Jay (new)

Jay | 2093 comments He nodded with a relieved sigh, "Okay, makes sense,"

message 97: by [deleted user] (new)

Her dad definitely looked furious as they pulled out.

message 98: by Jay (new)

Jay | 2093 comments He drove quickly, gulping, "Um, your shirt." He said blushing once more,

message 99: by [deleted user] (new)

She blushed, "It really looks that bad?" She slid it on as her dad was out of sight.

message 100: by Jay (new)

Jay | 2093 comments "Oh my god no," he said softly,
