So this was released in ebook sometime in the last 5 or so years. Plot line was a happy MM couple were in some sort of accident and one of them lost their memories of the last few years.

Ex-gf or obsessive woman who may have imagined the relationship between her and the amnesia man makes him believe they were a couple.

His bf is sad and his sister/brother/friend (not sure which) helps him set up things to trigger memories for the amnesia man.

I am pretty sure it ended happily.

I believe the author was female.
