I like it too! It looks a bit boyish-young for Rowan but it's still very good! LOOOVE the eyes!

Exactly!

Hey if any of you have questions for her, message them to me! I give you my word that I'll mention your name and your question that you want answered :)

Btw. Im Natalie's sister. . . the one that screamed for like 5 minutes straight when I found out who Aelin ends up with. And then the tears came'a floodin. . .ha.

And I completely agree with you Sandra haha

Yes those are always the best characters!

According to the book, Elena the silver haired is Brannon's girl... With a mortal, then she married with Gavin... And they formed together Adarlan. Just fangirling, but... If Aelin (keeper of the wildfire just like Brannon) has a girl with Rowan (our silver haired male) and then the girl get married with Dorian's boy... The story repeats!!! I think that Aelin has to defeat Adarlan's king, but her sons will have to deal with the Valg. Remember something like "all the players of the same game reunited" or sth like that???
I know, I'm getting crazy!

This is a Fan Fic That I Found on Tumblr
“If you’re a monster, I’m a monster.”-ToG fanfic
Aelin shut her eyes, trying-but failing-to get the image out of her head. Blood. Why was there so much blood? Was it possible for so much blood to soak through her body-for it to contaminate her soul?
She felt a hand grasp her by her shoulders, but she ignored it. She had felt him coming, had felt him walk over the lifeless bodies littered so carelessly on the ground.
She had done it. She had caused all that death, had created a pool of blood so thick and deep that her boots were constantly swimming in it. The metallic scent was overpowering-an ever-present reminder of her actions and of the loss.
“I should’ve listened,” she whispered as Rowan turned her to face him, a grim expression on his face. Those pine green eyes were on her own, as if they were searching, trying to look deep into her soul.
But how could he? How could someone who killed like she did have a soul? Back with Arobynn, she always had a moral compass. She had chosen what jobs to take, had refused to kill a person from Terrasen.
“No.” It came out rougher than Rowan expected. “No Aelin. These people follow the King of Adarlan. They deserved the death that you gave them.”
She looked up at him then-her carranam-as if to tether her heart to his own. As if he were her touch stone, the only thing keeping her sane right now.
“I’m a monster, Rowan.” No normal person could have done what she did. She had cursed the King of Adarlan, once. But what she did here today…in a way, it was worse than the slave massacre in Endovier and Callaculla put together. Back then it was a large force of soldiers, back then it was done by humans.
But no human could have fought against a demi-Fae, no human could have fought against the raging flames that had overtaken her in that split second. It was strange, really. She had gutted and beheaded so many soldiers, side by side with Rowan.
And then suddenly…it was like all she could see was the King of Adarlan’s face-his rutty, smirking face and all the blood on his hands-and she had given in to the darkness-to the blood-lust. Because in that moment, those soldiers became the King of Adarlan himself, and her magic-her flames-had reacted instinctually.
Two thousand soldiers. Dead in under ten minutes. She supposed that it was a record-though not one she would ever be proud of.
Rowan shook his head, grasping Aelin by her blood soaked shirt, trying to make her understand. “There’s no way that you are a monster, Aelin. Hell, take a look at what I’ve done.” His laugh was dry and humourless as the memories of his time with Maeve flooded his mind. “I’ve killed innocent people, Aelin. Thousands of them. They had families and friends, and I killed them. If you’re a monster, I’m a monster.”
She shut her eyes, trying to still her rapid heartbeat. How did she deserve Rowan? Because in that moment, with those words, Aelin felt her soul return, had felt it fill her inside and make her whole again.
Because no matter how far down she was shoved, Rowan was always there to build her back up. He was her, they were each other. So alike in many ways, two people who shared the same souls. Carranam.
“Rowan.” She said his name like it was a valley of flowers, or dozen yards of spider-silk-like it was so rare and beautiful. Because in that moment, he was the most beautiful thing that she had ever laid eyes upon.
They reached for each other at the same time, pulling each other close as she buried her face in his chest. A tear strolled down her cheek then, and she felt Rowan brush it away with his thumb.
“Why are you crying, Fireheart?” he asked, his words muffled by her hair.
She didn’t know how to answer him. She was no longer lost, because she had already found her way back through the abyss. Was it then because of something else? Because she had found someone so similar to her, so much like herself, someone who could understand her at any given moment?
“Because you are with me,” she finally answered, tilting her chin up towards Rowan, allowing her eyes to meet his. “And I love you for that.”
