This book is a very enjoyable book to read. It has a very interesting storyline to the book. From reading this book from front to back it becomes repetitive when it comes to the end of the book. Meaning one thing leads to the other when he comes to a situation and at the end he starts all over wanting the same things over again. This is a very simple picture book that has very colorful illustrations which would catch a kids attention. The illustrator used a lot of green which I think was tr Its very descriptive book which introduces a lot of objects throughout the story along with pictures on each page. I think the main lesson in this story is to show kids cause and effect. After every action, there is a reaction. If you give the mouse a cookie, he is going to want a glass of milk, etc. I would recommend this book to preschool and elementary school kids.
