SOLVED. Heroine overhears hero and their son celebrating over the fact the she may not pursue taking him from his father. [s]

Hey there!

So I think the heroine had given up the son for adoption and then years later the father and son find out that she may want to have some kind of custody of him. The heros wife may have passed away or the boy may be his nephew and orphaned.

All I am sure about is that she overhears them talking about how the hero is in her good graces so maybe she wont take her son away. They see her and feel terrible, the son espescially.
