I liked this story but didn’t love it like the others because it just took to long to provide Taya and Nate’s backstory. There was no credible reason to drag it out. Once we got past that, the book got interesting.

I loved Nate so I was disappointed what a snooze fest of a story he got. I didn’t buy the romance and the action was minimal so not much to like about this one for me. It was an almost DNF.

Laura, I was hoping for more with Nate, too. The first half of the book dragged.

Yes, I agree that the first half of the book dragged. I do feel that the second half redeemed it for me. I loved Nate too but this story just didn't do it for me. I did really like Taya throughout the book.
