Wow. It feels too good to return back to Narnia. I love the characters. Lucy the kindest, Edmund who showed one can return back from wrong path. Till now I am liking it and would prefer it that way. The Silver chair which is the other book in the series went boring in the middle and though I liked that book, It was hard to continue.
(view spoiler)[The adventure in Lone Islands was classy. I liked how Caspian used his wit to save others. I even liked Eustace. He sometimes reminds of the earlier version of Edmund. I have watched the movies and though it is rare I prefer it over the book and want to see if this book can change my opinion. (hide spoiler)]

I was finding this dull until they (view spoiler)[ got captured. That was really interesting. Liked the slave market scene too! Liked how it was all just like a normal market but with actual humans slaves on the bargain o_o

Yes, Caspian seems wise for his age. He played this really well.
I'm excited for the actual adventure to begin now! To the end of the world, it is! Ooh, will we find Aslan there? (hide spoiler)]

I am also hoping to find him. It is like he is God. He appeared many times in starting books but his appearances started decreasing in sequels. I think if we approach it philosophically it tries to show that the God/Gods interacted more in earlier times than modern times.

Through chapter 7. (view spoiler)[ this was strange but really interesting. Did Eustace turn into a dragon simply because of being a horrible person? Or was it the ring? Anyway, I kind of liked Eustace's transformation. Even though I hadn't liked that he was just horrible for the sake of it

Yeah, agree on that. It was nice to see Eustace transform. It was kind of Reepichip to come and sit by Eustace when everyone was busy. I also think Aslan's news should have created a celebration in the group. At least for Drinian and others who haven't seen him earlier. Caspian's inscripting on the mountain was somewhat funny and overkill.

I really appreciated Reepicheep doing that! I love his character so much, especially when he defended Eustace to Rhince and talked about how honour required them to save Eustace
