difficult but worth while read

I just finished the book "House Rules" and found it both very helpful and hard to read at the same time. The reason behind the difficulty was not in the author's ability, but in my having two austistic children and recognized many of the quirks and struggles the family lives through daily. I believe every parent, teacher, school administrator, doctor and so on should read this book if they deal with children on the austism spectrum. I thank Jodi Picoult for writing this book.
