Hobbit Day- Both Bilbo and Frodo were said to be born on September 22, but of different years. We should probably add it to the calendar.

Yes. Bilbo was 111 and Frodo was 33 on the day of the big Birthday Party.

What do you mean Happy Birthday? Do you mean to wish me a Happy Birthday or do you mean that I must have a Happy Birthday whether I want on or not?
Or perhaps you mean to say that you feel good on this particular Birthday. Or are you simply stating that this is a good day to have a birthday on?
