"I-I guess so. But I'll need to go to my place to get some things..." She trailed off, tears in her eyes again.

She looked over at him. "Okay..."((I'm at school so my replies will be delayed but no more than an hour))
He sighed and took a deep breath, "I came in an ambulance to see how the paramedics do it, they found your mom and dad and rushed them to the hospital, They missed the body of a small pale girl, I caught a glimpse of the fabric you were wearing through the window, I then saw the outline, I picked you up, and eventually we got you here safe." He said softly((Okay, I gtg to school, except I can't message for a while, I have to work))
"So if it weren't for you...then I'd be dead?" She whispered, laying still when he touched her forehead.
He looks around and shrugs, "That I don't know..."((Should we Timeskip to when she is healed enough to leave?))
((Yeah))A few days later, Sarah was well enough to go home. She sat up in bed and swung her legs off the side, rubbing her tired eyes. The stitches weren't out yet, but she was still sore.
He walked back in with a smile as he grinned, "You ready to get out? And are you staying at my place? Or..."
"Well, I have no where else to go." She said, standing up with a slight grimace, rolling up the legs of the sweat pants she wore that someone in her ward leant her.
He picks her up slowly and carries her to the door where he unfolds a wheelchair, then sets her down in it.
She gasped a little when he picked her up, but was grateful when he set her in the chair. "Thank you."
"I feel weird leaving without anything in my hands. But then I remembered I didn't come here with anything.." She trailed off, mainly speaking to herself.
She smiled her thanks and sat down in the passenger seat of his truck, hugging her arms around herself.
He sighed and pulled the seatbelt across her chest and buckled her up, the tossed the wheelchair in the back and sat down in the drivers seat,
She smiled and leaned against him as they walked up the steps. She unlocked her front door and pushed it open.
"Make yourself comfortable." She said, making her way slowly into her small walk in closet, grabbing a Jansport bag on the way.
She came back out of her closet a few minutes later, her bag stuffed. She groaned in pain when she put the bag over her shoulder.
He took the bag slowly and gently and swims it over his shoulder and put an arm around her for support, "You aren't allowed to carry. Anything," he said stubbornly, "Your in good care. And I won't have you in pain for any longer then you already are."
