Aaah, I just bought this book a week ago. I read a sample of it a while back and not only is the story very intriguing, but the writing seemed great too, so I just had to buy it.
I don't think I'll make it til the 16th of October without reading it though, it's high on my priority list :D
But if I still haven't read it by then for some reason, I will be joining you! :)

I'm done with the book. Chapters is a wonderful place to read books! :D

Avan and Kai(view spoiler)[ One of the most annoying couples in existence!! For the first half of the book she was completely love struck and lusty with Avan. Then the rest of the book her feelings were on and off and it was just annoying. Avan didn't help much either. (hide spoiler)]

I think the romance was taking up too much of the series. (view spoiler)[ Supposed Kai was supposed to be this master magician and she was supposed to have an awesome power. But she couldn't even stop time only slow it down. And she didn't really use her power that often. Also, the plot of her searching for her brother was somewhat lost in the intense romance. I remember when I was little and my family lived in the USA, my dad would take me to Barnes and Noble just to sit there in their awesome, comfortable couches and beanbag chairs and stuff and we would just read for hours. It will always be a favorite memory of mine, so i understand what you mean about reading in bookstores. :D
Haven't had that option since I was 11. Where I am now doesn't even have many English books in bookstores or libraries. :D

So this book, Honestly, I was busy and had to finish a different book and then when I finished it and wanted to read this one, I was surprised by someone giving me a Kindle as a gift and I have spent the last days just downloading books in it and have barely read anything. :D
But I will start reading it soon and since it looks quite short, I'll probably finish it within a couple days from now.
