[Coco] (mattyhealy) | 1 comments Mia felt bad for her sister, she truly did. Being pregnant at such a young age was scary, but Alex couldn't avoid going to school. Mia drew the line at that. "You should go. I don't want you to get behind." She embraced Alex as the poor girl started to cry. Oh, God. She tried to be good at the whole comforting thing, but she wasn't cut out for it. "You'll be fine. I don't think it's as bad as you're making it out to be."

Zachary sauntered down the stairs, ready to head out for the day, when his dad stopped him. "Where are you going?" he asked, looking up from his newspaper from his position on the couch. Zach shrugged, playing with his car keys. "Out with my friends, I guess. There's nothing else for me to do." Zach's father sighed, clearly not happy with his answer. "It's raining out. You could finish your college applications instead." Zach shook his head as he pulled his shoes on. "I'll do them later. Bye," he said, slamming the door before his dad got a chance to respond.

[Coco] (mattyhealy) | 1 comments Mia sighed, leaning back onto the couch as Alex went outside to see who it was. She hated seeing her little sister go through this, especially at her age. Seventeen was too young to have a child, that was for certain. It didn't help that Alex's asshole ex boyfriend refused to help in any way. He was twenty-one years old, shouldn't he be taking responsibility for this? But no, he was just sitting to the side and watching it happen. Jerk.

She heard yelling coming from outside and stood up, peering out the window. Marcus. Why was he here? And more importantly, what was he yelling at Alex for? Mia grimaced as she walked over to the door and slipped on her shoes, preparing to give Marcus a piece of her mind.

--------------------

Zach realized that wasn't the most polite way to leave his house, but he didn't really care right now. His dad was always bugging him about college-related stuff, and he was sick of it. Maybe his dad couldn't see it, but he needed some time off from the constant demands of his father. Zach unlocked his car and slid into the front seat. He put the car in drive and backed out of the driveway, just focusing on getting out of the house for now.

((Should Zach get involved in their fight or should I wait?))
