It states audiobook just before the isbn, so I'd just go with that.

The only problem is Audible.com listings with ASINs also says 'audiobook' in their url text... to add to the confusion. :)
I wait a while to see if I get some more opinions, otherwise I'll do as you suggest.
That ISBN (mostly the ISBN13 version) is used to list the audiobook on other sites as well. So it's definitely not Audible-edition-specific, and the format should simply be audiobook. (I would lean in that direction even if it were not listed elsewhere, as by definition an ISBN is not Audible-edition-specific.)
There is also an ASIN that corresponds to the Audible edition, found on Amazon: B07Q3WJPM6.

Good point about the Amazon listing, only in this example a user had requested the edition on Audible.com to be added to Goodreads, which is why I ignored the Amazon listing in this particular case.
Adding that edition, or not, is completely up to librarian discretion. I was simply pointing out that there did exist an Audible-specific identifier, and an edition with it could be added.
I'm looking for advice from Librarians familiar with Audible & Audiobook edits.
I've come across an edition listed on Audible.com where I can only spot an ISBN in the url, not an ASIN that I'm used to find there.
https://www.audible.com/pd/The-Love-S...
The ISBN visible in the url, 1488206279, is listed on Worldcat.org as an 'eAudiobook'. And there the ISBN13 is visible as well.

So my question is, should I list the format of this ISBN Audible.com edition as 'Audible Audio' or as 'Audiobook'? The Librarian Manual seems to hint Audible Audio editions needs to have an ASIN on Goodreads, that's why I'm unsure.
