Emilie Anderssen (emiliepa) | 20 comments I moved to England a mont ago and could´t bring a lot of books, but I currently have a shelf with my 7 books, 2 notebooks and a couple of school revision books. Really miss my old bookshelf and all my books, but hopefully my new bookshelf will end up looking as good here in England :)

Jasmine Smith (jasmine_24601) I have an IKEA cube with 4 cubes in it, if that makes sense. One is filled with films the other 3, packed with books! At the moment I'm begging my dad to build me some more bookshelves, as i have run out of space (even after giving my sister about 50 books to borrow and store in her room)! Im one of those people who try to keep them tidy but then keep reading and picking up books and it just turns into piles of random books again! Any one else got that habit?

Katie Brock | 17 comments I usually organise mine via authors/series. Alphabet organisation takes faaar too long.

Liz (leaningtowerofbooks) | 16 comments My shelf is a work in progress. My books have been in storage for the last few years as I have been moving around and didn't have room for them. Now that I am settled here I have started building a shelf out of wooden crates that I an painting (im still only half done with it. its hard to find time to paint between work and sleep) Right now my books that i have read are on the shelves that I have finished, not really in any order other then series and collections being together. My TBR pile (40 books) sits in two piles on the floor next to it.

Ella | 84 comments Where did you get them cube shelve things from? I really want some for my cd/DVD/book collection

message 66: by Liz (new)

Liz (leaningtowerofbooks) | 16 comments I got them at Michael's. You could probably find them at just about any craft store and even some home improvement ones. They come unfinished so you can make then any color you want.

I saw some of those wooden crates that Liz used at Wal-Mart a couple of weeks ago but I am sure if you go to craft stores they may have some. :)

Ailish Skylar: wow that's a lot of books!! Bedside table seems like a good place to put to read books xx :)

message 75: by Strider (new)

Strider of Kink (striderofkink) | 5 comments i organize my books a bit by genre i think... if i feel this book reminds of that one in depth, style and quality, I'll put them in the same shelf. obviously different books from the same author are together though

message 76: by Meghan (new)

Meghan | 6 comments My bookshelves are alphabetically organised that way all my series and books by the same author are together. Everything stand vertically except my Harry potter series and the twilight series which lie horizontally for space reasons. I also have a shelf that has my 2015 memory jar on it. And then school books and books that are to big to go anywhere else are on one shelf. And then my bottom shelf has ally crafts pieces on it. And then ontop of my shelf I have photos of loved ones who have passed away and then just family photos a everyone's bookcases seem so so cool!

message 77: by [deleted user] (new)

Mine appear to everyone to be in a jumbled.up order. Although I instantly know the moment one of them has been put back in the wrong place. My sister always try's to play pranks on me. I am very OCD about the places that my books ho on my shelf and when I can't work out where the moved book is or where it is moved to or what book has been moved I get really paranoid. Its weird. I will just know as soon as i walk into my bedroom.
I have two book marks. One of them I haven't seen in ages.

message 78: by Morganna (new)

Morganna | 59 comments Mine used to be organised alphabetically until I ran out of room so now I just lie them all horizontally on whatever shelf they fit on to
