I hate self-help. A few months ago, a guy at the book store sold me a self help in the name of psychology. I still haven't finished it -_-
Moreover, it resembles spiritual. It's written by a preacher who puts Dr. before his name -_-
I was tricked!! Self help makes me feel like I'm sad or depressed :\

I finished the short-story Shin suggested. It was quite meaningful actually! I liked it :)
