I've repeatedly asked for help in removing 68 1-star reviews/ratings from my books. These were posted between Mar 25 and Mar 30, 2019, by a few people trying to harm me. What does it take to get a response from Goodreads about this abuse?

Posting in the Librarians Group doesn't work. We are volunteers and don't deal with reviews. You can contact Support: https://www.goodreads.com/about/conta...
Denele, have you used the contact form?Support is actually staff, and we are volunteers, so no sorry we have no advice to offer.

As I said, Goodreads librarians are volunteers. We have no insight in response times from staff. You can flag a few reviews to drive your point home.
I am reinstating the old descriptions on your books. There is nothing GR librarians can do about reviews, so they should not be called out on this.
I appreciate your help. Please don't change the current descriptions -- I had to add that part about the 1-star reviews to inform potential readers about why the reviews are there.
I am changing them. You specifically mention Goodreads "librarians" doing nothing about those reviews. You could post a status update or a blog post about those 1-star reviews.
Book descriptions are not the place.
Goodreads Librarians are not employees of Goodreads, but volunteers. They cannot assist you with issues regarding individual reviews. You'll need to use the Contact Us link on the Help page, or flag the item(s) of concern. Closing thread.
