Plot Details: She and the guy on the beach have a summer romance that they both agree to end at the end of the summer because they live in different places. When she gets home she realizes that the guy from the beach is now in a fall TV show and everyone LOVES him. She is really hurt he never told her she was an actor. She realizes he is sad so she tries to find him. I don't remember how it ends honestly.

I read this when I was a teenager but I can't remember the name of the book
